Backups of an agent

The backups of the memory of an agent, and a new agent restored from one. The panel does the same on the Backups tab of an agent.

Every night the node backs up the memory of the Kikimora of the agent and sends the backup to the platform. A backup needs Kikimora 0.12.0 or newer.

1

Step 1: Make a backup now

The command asks the node for a backup besides the nightly one and returns before the node has made it. The backup appears in the list once the node has sent it. The node of the agent has to be connected.

$ kcloud agents backups create sandbox/release-notes

Output

Backup of sandbox/release-notes requested. kcloud agents backups list sandbox/release-notes shows it once the node has sent it.

Step 2: List the backups

The newest backups come first, with who made each (the night or a person), its node, its Kikimora release, its entries, its size and when it expires.

$ kcloud agents backups list sandbox/release-notes

Output
